COLLEGE ESSAY WRITING WORKSHOP (Group Classes)
This summer (2023), Curvebreakers is running workshops in June, July, and August to help students identify what makes a compelling common app essay, also know as the personal statement, select an authentic, effective topic, and complete their common app essay. The course will including brainstorming and writing exercises, and daily homework assignments. Only 15 spots available in each workshop.
- July Workshop: 7/10, 7/11, 7/12, 7/13, 7/17, 7/18, 7/19, 7/20
- July - August Workshop: 7/24, 7/25, 7/26, 7/27, 7/31, 8/1, 8/2, 8/3
- August Workshop: 8/7, 8/8, 8/9, 8/10, 8/14, 8/15, 8/16, 8/17
PRIVATE SESSIONS FOR ESSAY SUPPORT
A minimum package of 5 hours are available for 1-to-1 essay support sessions with associate and pro tutors. The minimum package to work with Nick on college essays is 10 hours. The number of hours you need depend on how many essays you'd like help with, how difficult the essay prompts are, and how much work your student is willing to do outside the session.
Personal Statement Essay Package: 5 Hours
This option is a good starting point for help with the personal statement essay. You may purchase additional hourly sessions at the package rate if you need more time. Learn more / Reserve online.
Supplemental Essay Help: 5, 10, or 15 Hours
Buy larger packages in increments of 5 hours to help with not only the personal statement (common app) essay, but any other supplemental essays in your applications. Learn more / Reserve online.
