Summer 2024 SAT Class on Saturdays

Registration for this event is now closed.

This class runs on Saturdays from July 13th - August 17th and provides students with 18 hours of class instruction and two practice tests. An instructor will review each section of the test in detail, providing students with the basic content knowledge they need along with various test-taking strategies. Instructors will assign homework and share class notes via email after each session, allowing students to catch up if they miss a class. Please note: there are no makeup sessions.

Included in this class' registration are two digital SAT practice tests, but they are not built into the class schedule. Because the platform times the exam on its own, a proctor is not needed. If your student would prefer to take the test in our office with a live proctor, they may do so during one of our regularly scheduled summer practice tests. We recommend your student take the first practice test by July 13th and the second test around August 10th. 

What's included:

• Diagnostic Digital SAT Practice Platform: Students may take two, full-length digital SAT exams in our diagnostic platform. The score reports provide students insights into which areas need the most improvement to increase their scores. Whilte students may take practice tests at home on the platform, it is strongly recommended that your student register for a proctored practice test during one of our summer practice tests dates. 
• Customized curriculum: The instructor will use data from these practice tests to make the most of in-class instruction, reviewing test material and strategies to help raise scores.
• 1,000+ SAT Question Bank: Included in the testing platform is a question bank of over 1,000 SAT questions for additional practice. 
• 99th-Percentile Scoring Instructor: An expert on the SAT, trained in Curvebreakers' teaching methodologies, will help students learn what's needed to see a score improvement and build confidence going into their official exam.
